Santorum Wins Handily in Kansas, Romney Triumphs in Wyoming

The Associated Press reported Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum cruised to an easy win in the Kansas caucus on Saturday as fellow candidate Mitt Romney triumphed in Wyoming. The attention of the four remaining candidates now returns to Mississippi and Alabama, which will hold their presidential primary on Tuesday.

Here are some of the relevant numbers coming out of Saturday's contests.

104: Counties of 105 that Santorum won in Kansas, the Washington Post reported.

51: Percent of the vote Santorum earned. Romney took 21 percent, Newt Gingrich had 14 percent and Ron Paul had 13 percent.

33: Delegates of the 40 available that Santorum will earn. Romney will receive the other seven.

3: U.S. territories that Romney won in primary contests: Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands, NBC reports.

44: Percent of the vote Romney won in Wyoming, according to the Washington Post. Santorum had 28 percent, Paul had 12 percent and Gingrich had less than 1 percent.

90: Delegates at stake in Alabama and Mississippi.

30: Percent of the vote Gingrich holds in Alabama, as of Friday's poll by Rasmussen Reports. Santorum (29 percent) and Romney (28 percent) are in the race as well.

35: Percent of the vote Romney holds in Mississippi, as of the latest poll by Rasmussen Reports. Gingrich and Santorum each poll at 27 percent, while Paul has 6 percent.

442: Estimated delegates Romney now has. Santorum is next with an estimated 214, followed by Gingrich (107) and Paul (46).

1,144: Delegates needed to secure the nomination.
